Account Settings

Select Settings from the main menu (or from the Dashboard) to complete your comapny details and preferred options for your business. Once these options are configured, they can be updated at any time.

This section contains your Basic Information and company specifics e.g. Logo, Name, Address, ABN, License No., etc. as well as your default On Cost (i.e. margin, e.g. 30%)

Quote Information

It allows you to modify the default prefix for Quotes, Jobs, Invoices, and Purchase Orders.

Billings

This section offers choices to either upgrade or downgrade your subscription or to make a full-year payment in advance for potential tax benefits. You can also cancel your subscription by selecting Update Billing Info and Cancel Subscription

Trading Terms and Bank Account Details

Enter your business Trading Terms requirements here. This information will be included on your invoice. Enter your business Bank Account details for customer payment.

Units of Measure

A list of typical Units of Measure (UOM) (e.g. bag, cm, unit, item, m2, m3, hours) are preloaded and available in a dropdown list when creating the Estimate.

A +New Measure can be added at any time, and the preloaded measures can be modified using the edit button or deleted as needed.

Team Members

Depending on your subscription, you are permitted to invite either 2 additional users of Eazimate to your account (e.g., your quoting resource or bookkeeper) for a standard license or 4 users for a professional license.

Profile Information

Within this section, you have the ability to update your profile e.g. Phone Number and email address
